Returns and exchanges

The UGG.kiev.ua online store guarantees every customer the right to return or exchange purchased goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights."

We made sure the process was simple, fast, and didn't require any additional approval from a manager.

1. Return and exchange conditions

You can return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, if the following conditions are met:

• the product has not been used and has its original appearance;
• the complete set, original packaging and factory labels are preserved;
• there is a document confirming the purchase (fiscal receipt, consignment note, etc.).

1.1. Return of goods of proper quality

Items are accepted for return or exchange if they are stored in their complete set and without signs of wear.

1.2. Return of goods of inadequate quality

If the product is defective or damaged, the exchange or return is carried out at the store's expense after a preliminary inspection in the showroom or photo/video verification.

2. Refunds

• Funds are returned in the same way as payment was made.
• The return period is up to 3-5 business days from the moment the product is checked in the showroom.
• If payment was made by bank card, funds are returned directly to the buyer's card account.

3. How to process a return or exchange

1. Step 1: Make sure the item meets the return conditions – it is clean, unused, and has original stickers and packaging.
2. Step 2. Bring the item to the UGG.kiev.ua showroom: Pyramid Shopping Center, 4 Oleksandra Mishugi Street, Kyiv, 02141.
3. Step 3. Fill out the short form. A manager will help you process your exchange or return and answer any questions you may have.
4. Step 4. After the product has been checked, the funds will be returned using the same method within 3-5 business days .

4. Important conditions

• Returns or exchanges will not be made without the integrity of the product, packaging, or proof of purchase documents.
• The buyer can perform all actions independently, following the instructions, without additional approval from the manager.
